In 1984, LB Cummins bought Wilson Pontiac Buick GMC in Weatherford, OK, and changed the name to Cummins Pontiac Buick GMC.

Chad Cummins, LB’s son, the current owner and operator of Cummins Auto Group, began working at Cummins in 1985.

In 1994, LB and Chad Cummins purchased Zoeller Dodge and consolidated Cummins Dodge with Cummins Pontiac Buick GMC.

In 2008, LB and Chad Cummins purchased the Chevrolet franchise and renamed the business Cummins Dodge Pontiac Buick GMC Chevrolet.

In 2010, the original Cummins dealership was torn down and rebuilt.

Cummins Ford.

In 2013, the new Ford store was built and opened as Cummins Ford Lincoln.

Reno, OK, and renamed it Dorsey-Jones Buick GMC.

Cole Dorsey, who is LB’s grandson and Chad’s nephew, manages Dorsey-Jones Buick
GMC.

Cummins Auto Group are the only car dealerships in Weatherford, OK.

LB Cummins, the original owner of Cummins, never fully retired, but stopped selling
cars in 2007. He still goes to work everyday.
